The Kalikow Group acquired an existing 80 unit multifamily rental property that was built in 2005 as condominiums on John’s Island in Charleston, SC (Phase I) and is acquiring an adjacent 20± acre parcel of land to develop, construct, and operate an additional 156± units (Phase II).
