JV acquired 97.09± acres of vacant land located in Harris County, Houston TX which was subdivided and developed into 238 residential building lots. All lots have been sold to DR Horton, First Texas, Highland Homes, KB Homes and Westin Homes and all mortgage debt was retired in 2013. A final Municipal Utility District (MUD) reimbursement will be obtained in 2014.
